¢Æ SPECIFICATIONSGeneral Description
Hole and crack is caused by the internal and external factors of a product during production process in steelmaking and other non-ferrous industry. Hole and crack detector is a device detecting this hole and crack.

The detector is designed to record the position and size of hole and crack in defective products, thus enabling us to observe the defects through the image for analysis of the cause, ultimately to increase product quality and efficiency in production.

It does not require any additional devices such as edge mask due to its using CCD camera, and help to extend product life time through using LED as a source of light, thus reducing maintenance and repair costs.
