Shape measurement system measures surface shape information (height, wavelength, waveness, C-curve) of the rolled steels produced in rolling processes through continuous 3-D measurement. This acquires the accurate shape information against the products’ lifting, tilting and shifting. The measured shape information of products can be used as the data for the tension leveler.
